New Coach For East Brighton Women's

East Brighton Football Netball Club are please to announce the appointment of Rebecca Ticli as its new Women's Coach for 2018.

Ticli brings a wealth of knowledge and extensive football acumen to the developing Vampires team, which reached a Preliminary Final under Don Angus in the inaugural year of the SFNL competition. She has previously played in the VWFL premier division with St Kilda Sharks, where she has also been an assistant coach. Ticli is also a teacher at Star of the Sea College and has been the head football coach for five years.

After coaching East Brighton's Under 18 team in 2016, Ticli gained greater football education in the VFLW as a defensive line coach with Melbourne University.

Ticli has very strong values and a passion for both football and East Brighton. She believes in building strong relationships and nurturing individuals to achieve their goals as footballers and as people.

After witnessing the team's great talent and drive in 2018, she is confident the Vampires can challenge for the premiership in 2018.

In other coaching news from Hurlingham Park, senior men's coach Peter Larsen and reserves coach Jason Tickner have both been reappointed for 2018.
