Mordialloc Football Netball Club, as a premier partner of the Southern Football Netball League (Division 1) is seeking applications for the position of senior coach for the 2020 season.
The successful applicant will be a strong leader, able to establish the highest quality football and coaching program to lead a rapidly developing Club and its culture.
We welcome all applications in writing, accompanied with a CV and minimum Level 1 coaching accreditation.
Key criteria our football club seeks for the role includes;
A modern and current philosophy of football;
A modern and demonstrable approach to match day planning, performance and tactics;
The ability to work with a team of fellow coaching staff to implement training standards, game plans and all associated list strategies;
Proven record in list and player development;
Fantastic communication skills that cater to all players, members and committee volunteers;
Places a great importance on club culture;
Referrable past coaching / playing history
