Moorabbin Kangaroos have wasted no time in preparing for 2019, announcing a new coaching panel to lead the club next season.
Former Kangas star Paul Youle returns to Widdop Crescent as the club's new senior coach and takes charge of a side looking to bounce back from a tumultuous 2018 season that yielded just five wins in the Southern league' fourth division and saw.
Youle will be assisted by another ex-Roo in Danny Osbaldeston, who is also a previous senior coach of the club.
Both Youle and Osbaldeston are former Moorabbin premiership players, and will bring a wealth of football experience to their roles.
Meanwhile, former St Pauls and Ashwood ball-winner Josh Stanton joins the club as a playing assistant coach, and will be a great addition to the club in both on and off-field capacities.
Mick Perry returns as reserves coach for 2019, after stepping up as a caretaker following the exit of senior coach David Velt mid last year.
The club is excited by the appointments and looks forward to making positive steps forward in 2019.
The club has organised a Meet the Coaches Day on Sunday 28 October (details below) ahead of the commencement of pre-season training on Monday 12 November.
