Demons Maintain Unbeaten Start to SLC

Hampton have claimed their first points of the Seymour Law Cup with a commanding 37-point win over Doveton Eagles last night.

The Hammers' early inaccuracy in front of goal kept the Eagles in it, and ensured the first half was a tight, low-scoring affair.

The match opened up after the long break and Hampton were the beneficiaries, piling on seven goals to three to put the result beyond doubt.

In the second match of the evening, Bentleigh's solid first half was enough to maintain its unbeaten start to the competition.

Four goals to one before the main interval helped the Demons cruise to victory over a plucky Mount Waverley outfit, who managed to peg the final margin back to 19 point on the back of there impressive last quarter.
