BLK Players of the Round

Calhan McQueen

Calhan McQueen – Dingley FC

The Dream was the dominant force on the ground and singlehandedly won the game off his own boot. He kicked five goals in the last quarter and a half – he finished with six for the match – and looked dangerous all day. Quick on the lead, a lovely kick for goal and possessing a great pair of hands, McQueen is another potent weapon in the Dingoes' attacking arsenal and will be a key to his side's premiership hopes.

Congratulation Calhan.

Dylan Beattie

Dylan Beattie – Caulfield FC

A classy onballer, Beattie looked simply a cut above the rest on Sunday. He accrued a mountain of possessions and every single one of them was of the highest quality. His precision by foot was outstanding, and his pace allowed him to break away from the contests and leave opponents in his wake. He also impacted the scoreboard with five goals as the Bears ran Keysborough off their legs to advance to the Preliminary Final.

Congratulations Dylan.
