Southern FNL Board Appointment - Adam Arness

We are pleased to announce that Adam Arness has joined the Southern FNL Board to fill a casual vacancy under rule 57.


Adam comes to the league with a strong background in community, community sport & professional legal employment.


Professionally, Adam currently acts in the role as National Workplace Relations Manager for Australia and New Zealand’s largest bus company, Kinetic. Adam spearheads the industrial relations team and strategy, as well as providing specific advice on all other employment law-related issues across Australia. Further and relevantly, Adam also serves on the board of the Dingley Village Community Bank Branch of the Bendigo Bank and has done so for almost 10 years were he provides legal advice in that role.


Adam has practised in a broad range of legal practice areas, including but not limited to family law, employment law and commercial law. Adam has a strong understanding of current governance laws and relevant statutory and regulatory reporting and best practice.
