The Skye Football Netball Club is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Men’s Football Coach to lead their senior squad into the 2026 season and beyond.
About the Skye FNC: A proud, community-driven club based at Carrum Downs Recreation Reserve, competing in the Southern Football Netball League (SFNL). With a strong culture built on respect, development, and resilience, we’re committed to success both on and off the field.
The Role: As Senior Coach, you will:
• Lead the planning and delivery of all senior football training sessions and match-day strategies
• Foster a high-performance culture that supports player development and team cohesion
• Work closely with assistant coaches, support staff, and the committee to drive club goals
• Mentor emerging talent and help build a strong pathway to seniors
• Represent the club with professionalism and integrity
What the Skye FNC is Looking For:
• Proven coaching experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to build relationships and inspire players of all backgrounds
• Level 2 AFL Coaching Accreditation (minimum) – or willingness to obtain
• A genuine passion for grassroots football and community engagement
