The Skye Football Netball Club Are Seeking Suitable And Qualified Applicants For The Position Of Senior Men’s Coach, Reserves / Development Coach & Senior Women’s Football Coach For The 2023 Season And Beyond. The Club Has Set A Strong Foundation This Season With A Blend Of Experienced Senior And Young And Exciting Player Added To Our Playing List.
We Are Seeking Applicants Who Are:
· Passionate;
· Well Organised;
· Enthusiastic Leaders; &
· Have Experience With Providing Leadership And Working Positively With A Leadership Group.
The Successful Applicants Will Be Required To Lead And Manage The Development And Implementation Of The Club’s Football Strategy. This Will Include Developing The:
· Coaching Strategy;
· Coaching Of Players & Coaching Staff; &
· Effective Game Plan Implementation.
Additional Roles Include Promoting The Club And Its Brand, Recruitment Of New Players, Support Staff And Player Retention And Holding Suitable Coaching Accreditations.
Suitable Candidates For All Coaching Roles Should Have:
· Strong Communication And Organizational Skills.
· An Ability To Lead & Create A Professional Culture Within The Playing Group.
· Ability To Work With All Coaching Staff To Support And Implement The Clubs Football Strategy, Whilst Instilling Our Club’s Values, Policies And Expectations.
· Level One Coaching Accreditation (Essential For Senior Football Coach) & Preferred But Not Essential For Development & Women’s Football
