The SFNL are pleased to announce that along with AFL Victoria and the SMJFL that we are engaging in a Participation Pathways Project to ensure sustainability of all clubs from Auskick to Junior to Youth to Senior football in our region.
We will engage SFNL Member clubs to work on the best solution for each individually as some existing pathways successfully exist with Member clubs outside of their own, however for other clubs this is not the case.
We look forward to the outcomes of the project and will keep clubs updated throughout.
