Byron Wright (#76 Black Rock) was referred to the Independent Tribunal by the MRP for intentionally striking Daniel Soeurream (#17 Narre South Saints) during the 1st quarter of the Round 4 Division 3 Senior match between Narre South Saints and Black Rock at Strathaird Reserve on Saturday 1 May 2021. The charge was heard at the Independent Tribunal on the evening of Wednesday 5 May. Byron pleaded not guilty and was found guilty, and was suspended for four (4) matches.

Jake Carter (#49 Doveton Eagles) was referred to the Independent Tribunal by the MRP for engaging in rough conduct against Baron Grant (#48 Endeavour Hills) during the 4th quarter of the Round 4 Division 3 Senior match between Doveton Eagles and Endeavour Hills at Power Reserve on Saturday 1 May 2021. The charge was heard at the Independent Tribunal on the evening of Wednesday 5 May. Jake pleaded not guilty and was found guilty, and was suspended for four (4) matches.
Set Penalties:
Trent Kerrigan (#59 Frankston Dolphins) was reported by the officiating field umpire for striking another person during the Round 4 Division 4 Reserve Match between Lyndhurst and Frankston Dolphins at Marriot Waters Reserve on Saturday 1 May 2021. Trent was offered a two (2) match set penalty which was accepted.
Ray Harrison (#5 Mordialloc) was reported by the officiating field umpire for striking another person during the Round 4 Division 1 Reserve Match between Mordialloc and St Paul’s McKinnon at Ben Kavanagh Reserve on Saturday 1 May 2021. Ray was offered a two (2) match set penalty which was accepted.
