MWFC is going through a rebuilding phase and will have an emphasis on building a culture that provides a playing environment that is supportive, with an atmosphere that promotes a culture of community, comradery & sportsmanship, whilst maintaining a competitive spirit.
We are seeking personnel who are focused on building a great culture. Playing or non-playing applicants will be considered.
