The Murrumbeena Football Netball Club is seeking applications for the above coaching positions for Season 2022.
The football club has set some strong foundations in 2021 and with a blend of experienced senior players and a young and exciting list the club is in a position to make improvement in the coming years.
We are seeking passionate, well organised, enthusiastic leaders who have a record of providing leadership and working within a leadership group.
The successful applicants will be required to lead and manage the development and implementation of the club’s football strategy. This will include:
-Developing the Club’s Football & Coaching Strategy.
-Assist with the recruitment of players.
-Overall Coaching of Players & Coaching Staff and effective game plan implementation.
-Developing a culture of success with club values.
-A keen interest in player development.
-Promoting the club and its Brand.
Prior coaching experience is desirable but not essential, however a high level of enthusiasm and a strong desire to continuously improve is ideal.
Level 1 accreditation on appointment and willingness to advance.
