Hampton FC Announcement

The good news is the Hampton FC will continue in 2022, after only having 7-10 players only a few weeks ago they now have 25 committed players and will have enough to enter 1 side only for 2022 to keep the club going

Based on only having 1 team, the League has made the decision to reposition the club into the Bye spot in the Division 4 fixture, which will be a Seniors only game where they are drawn to play

The club will still strive to enter a reserves team at some stage during the season if possible, however will only have a senior team to begin with until further notice

Unfortunately, this will move the “bye” from Division 4 to Division 2, by leaving Hampton in Division 2 this would have ended the clubs hopes for 2022 to field a team and maybe forever

Attached are the revised fixtures for Division 2 & 4, these will be updated in Gameday in the coming days

We would like to Thank Hampton President Graeme Hyman, Coach Jamie Marshall and SFNL Club Development Officer Travis Switzer for their hard work over the last few weeks.
