Hallam broke through for its maiden win of the SFNL Division 3 season with a hard-earned 32-point win over neighbour Dandenong at Hallam Reserve on Saturday.
“I think many of us were more relieved than anything else,” coach Gary Frangalis said after the game.
“We were certainly very happy though,” he laughed.
“It’s the result of a lot of hard work really. We’ve been playing good footy over the past four or five weeks and doing well against the top sides.
