The Hallam Football Netball Club started out primarily as a junior club commencing in 1967. This was followed by a Women's Senior team and Senior Men's team being implemented in 2012.
The Hallam Hawks has always been an active non profit organisation within the community providing players of all levels and their families the opportunity of becoming more active whilst enjoying a social outlet for making new friends.
The Hawks are a proud local football and netball club located in Melbourne's South East.
The successful applicants will lead a dedicated group of players. The club has set some really strong foundations this season and with a blend of young and experienced players in our club, we are set to improve each year.
Our ideal coaches will have:
- Excellent management, organisation and communication skills
- The ability to develop the skills of individuals and teams
- Quality game day coaching, expertise and leadership skills
- The ability to conduct high quality training sessions that focus on skill development and game strategy
- The ability to assist with player recruitment and player retention
- The capacity to work cooperatively with club executives
- An eagerness to develop a culture of success
- The ability to work closely with the club and the community to promote a positive club environment and to promote the club to a broader community
