On Sunday June 29 the fifty best female footballers will grace the turf of Etihad Stadium and battle it out for the Hampson-Hardeman Cup. The Melbourne Football Club and the Western Bulldogs Football Club have drafted their teams from the best of the best in female football. The match promises to showcase the amazing talent in female football and provide an opportunity for the whole of Australia to see what the girls are capable of. This game will have a distinct SFL flavour to it as three SFL umpires have been selected to officiate the game. Annie Mirabile and Elise Cooper will once again be controlling the play as field umpires while Paige Hinrichs will be running the boundary.
