Frankston Dolphins Football Netball Club (SFNL - Division 4) requires the services of a Senior Coach for season 2022 and beyond.
This follows the resignation of our previous coach of four years due to changed personal circumstances.
As a relatively newly established senior football club that has quickly tasted success, with a strong affiliated junior club and recently completed clubrooms, it is a very exciting time to join our club as head coach of our men’s program.
The club is seeking a coach (either playing or non-playing) who can build on the excellent foundations that have been laid over the past four years and who has the capacity to further develop and guide our existing playing group, along with our junior players transitioning through to senior football.
The successful applicant must hold appropriate AFL coaching accreditation, have excellent communication skills, a professional manner and mature approach to football with an appetite to develop young footballers and progress the playing group.
The role of Senior Coach is a paid position, with remuneration commensurate to experience available for the successful applicant.
