This years SFNL Pride Round was again a highlight with Parkdale and Endeavour Hills taking out the netball and women's football Pride Cups respectively.
The SFNL Pride Round looks to celebrate diversity and inclusion in sport and provide clubs with the opportunities and resources to build a safe space for their members.

Parkdale Vultures vs Murrumbeena
A hard-fought contest with both sides repping rainbow in the hair, on their socks and on their bibs.
Parkdale (1) took control of the game to get a healthy win over Murrumbeena (2).
The final score was 52-31 to Parkdale with their star Josie Mulcahy awarded best on court.

Endeavour Hills vs Frankston Dolphins: Division 1 Women's
A colourful Barry Simon Reserve set the scene for the battle between Endeavour Hills and the Frankston Dolphins for the 2022 Pride Cup.
Sarah Wallace lit up the scoreboard against the Dolphins, steady hands and quick thinking pushing her goal count of the game to six.
The Pod’s only goal of the day came from Talya Cunnington, Cunnington has proven herself to be one of the SFNL’s rapidly rising stars this season.
The Falcons came home with the win and added the 2022 Pride Cup to their silverware collection, captain Amanda Hancock commended the Dolphins for playing such a strong and fast-paced game.

Murrumbeena men's football also supported the Pride cause this week as they wore rainbow socks against Ashwood.
