The East Malvern Football Netball Club, playing in Division 1 of the Southern Football Netball League, look to add a new chapter to their longstanding history when we field a Netball Club for the very first time in Season 2020.
With strong buy-in and support from our Committee, Netball Coordinator and a plethora of interested players, we believe the addition of a Netball Club is crucial to our ongoing sustainability and success. At present, we expect to field at least two sides in our inaugural season – an amazing response and a reflection of the incredible family culture the EMFNC has.
With this in place, we seek the last piece of the puzzle – a Senior Netball Coach.
We are seeking applicants who share the same buy-in and commitment to starting a Netball Club from scratch. This is certainly an exciting opportunity, but not without the challenges we expect in our infancy. If you share this vision for growth, excited by the opportunity and committed to the development and growth of our players, we’d love to hear from you.
At this point, we estimate the time commitment as follows: - Training once per week (Thursday) at a court local to our home in East Malvern - 2 games per week on Saturday, starting from 11.00am onwards
Ideally, we would prefer a coach with previous experience. However, we are more than open to the idea of university students requiring a placement within the Sport & Recreation space.
We are willing to negotiate on remuneration commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
