Travis Findlay (#45 Endeavour Hills) was referred to the Independent Tribunal by the field umpire for head-butting or making contact to another person using the head towards Harry Kilfoyle (#13 Mordialloc) during the 4th quarter of the Round 3 Under 19 match between Endeavour Hills and Mordialloc at Barry Simon Reserve on Saturday 24 April 2021. The charge was heard at the Independent Tribunal on the evening of Wednesday 28 April. Travis pleaded guilty and was found guilty, and was suspended for six (6) matches.

The charge was heard at the Independent Tribunal on the evening of Wednesday 28 April. Joshua pleaded guilty and was found guilty, and was suspended for six (6) matches.
