SFNL Returns to Linton Street

The Southern Football Netball League has officially returned to its spiritual home following the move into the brand new state-of-the-art facility at Linton Street yesterday.

Located in the south wing of St Kilda Football Clubs' multi-million dollar RSEA Park complex, the SFNL's new administration headquarters is a tremendous new asset that will greatly assist the League in catering for its future growth.

The SFNL has spent the last three years at Keys Road while development works on the site were being complete.

SFNL CEO Lee Hartman said that the move represents a new era for the SFNL and ensures it's long-term future is very bright.

"It is great that the Southern Football Netball League has returned to its previous home at Linton St, Moorabbin," Hartman said.

"With the collaboration of several partners, the new building is a wonderful base to operate our League from in a professional environment. Also, with the possibilities of marquee games being played here such as interleague and finals, as well as league meetings and functions, the future is very exciting.

"The SFNL Board and Staff are extremely pleased with the outcome and we know our member clubs, partners and stakeholders will benefit from the new facilities."

RSEA Park is also home to AFL Victoria, Sandringham Dragons and South Metro Junior Football League, as well as the training and administrative base for the Saints' AFL and AFLW teams.
