The SFNL are pleased to advise that the League has progressed with Team Works Performance (TWP) as its exclusive netball on-court apparel supplier for the next three years (2017 -2019).
Following a recent netball on-court apparel tender process, the SFNL received tender submissions from 11 apparel suppliers and shortlisted what they considered to be the top four suppliers based on the areas of commercial value, delivery, quality and service.
The SFNL administration met with the four suppliers to understand more about their businesses and importantly their ability to manage the SFNL account.
After thoroughly assessing TWP, the SFNL are confident that their delivery times, quality of dresses, service and price of apparel will continue to be exceptional. In addition, it is hoped that by continuing with TWP, it will maintain a level of consistency of product for clubs, teams and players.
TWP have recently undergone several changes and have put in place of number of new procedures to improve their customer service experience. These changes include appointing a new General Manager, a new Business Development Manager to look after the SFNL clubs, and a dedicated Customer Service Manager to assist all clubs when required.
Pleasingly, the SFNL are delighted to advise that there will not be any price increases to the on-court apparel for member clubs in 2017.
