The SFL is pleased to announce the release of the 2015 Senior Fixtures.
Season 2015 will kick off in style with a Round 1 Season Launch match on the night of Saturday April 11 between 2014 Division 1 Grand Finalists East Brighton and Dingley under lights at Trevor Barker Oval Sandringham.
2015 also sees a marked increase in night matches and Sunday fixturing (some of which currently remain unannounced pending council approval).
Some highlights of the 2015 fixturing include:
Three stand-alone senior Grand Final days.
A Round 1 replay of the 2014 Division 1 Senior Grand Final between East Brighton FC and Dingley FC under lights on Saturday April 11.
An opening round Sunday clash between Mordialloc and Chelsea Heights at Ben Kavanagh Reserve.
Hallam FC continuing to host a series of night matches.
As always, the Southern Football League fixtures also feature countless local rivalry matches and some tantalizing early-season match-ups.
Southern Football League players will enjoy a Bye round over the Queen's Birthday weekend (June 6/7), as well as in the first week of July (Division 1 and 2 only).
The SFL reminds all clubs, players and supporters that the PDF fixtures are subject to change, and the SFL website remains the primary location for up-to-date fixtures. Full senior fixtures (with venue and time details) will be able to be viewed via the SFL website under the Fixtures/Results tab imminently.
