The Hampton Hammers Football Netball Club (affiliated SFNL, Div 2) is seeking suitable and qualified applicants for the position of Senior Men’s Coach and Reserves Coach for the 2022 Season. The football club has set a strong foundation this season with a blend of experienced senior players and a young and exciting list.
For our Senior Coach (either playing or non-playing), we are seeking a passionate, well organised, enthusiastic leader who has a record of providing leadership and working with a leadership group. The successful applicant will be required to lead and manage the development and implementation of the club’s football strategy. This will include developing the Club’s Football & Coaching Strategy, overall Coaching of Players & Coaching Staff and effective game plan implementation along with promoting the Club and its Brand, recruitment of new players, support staff and player retention as well as holding suitable coaching accreditations.
For the Reserves Coach (either playing or non-playing), we are seeking an applicant who has a strong desire to teach and develop their players, has a positive attitude and is willing to work collaboratively with the senior coach. All applicants must have Level 1 coaching accreditation or be prepared to complete one ASAP. Those with little or no experience should feel free to apply if they believe they have the above characteristics.
