The Hallam Hawks Football Netball Club, affiliated in the SFNL, is seeking expressions of interest for the following roles for the 2020 season and beyond:
The successful applicants will lead a dedicated group of players. The club has set some really strong foundations this season with all football teams making it to the finals and our netballers coming off a 2018 premiership. With a blend of young and experienced players in our club, we are set to improve each year.
Our ideal coaches will have:
- Excellent management, organisation and communication skills
- The ability to develop the skills of individuals and teams
- Quality game day coaching, expertise and leadership skills
- The ability to conduct high quality training sessions that focus on skill development and game strategy
- The ability to assist with player recruitment and player retention
- The capacity to work cooperatively with club executives
- An eagerness to develop a culture of success
- The ability to work closely with the club and the community to promote a positive club environment and to promote the club to a broader community
