Brains have a mind of their own

beyondblue have just launched their ‘Brains have a mind of their own’ campaign for young people aged 13-18.

The campaign aims to educate young people about some of the key signs and symptoms of depression and anxiety as well as tackling the issue around self-stigma, which is a huge barrier against getting support.
